How often are board meetings held?

Board meetings are held monthly on the last Tuesday of each month at 7pm (virtual via Zoom).

I'm a renter. Can I attend a Board Meeting?

Yes! Board meetings are open to all who live in the community.

How do I report a maintenance issue in a common area?

Do I need Board approval to paint my house or make architectural changes to the exterior?

Yes. Architectural changes need to be approved IN ADVANCE by the Board. Please fill out the Architectural Plan Approval Form and email it to office@burkecmg.com.

How do I report an abandoned or inoperable vehicle on Eighth Street?

Inoperative vehicles parked on PUBLIC STREETS are parking violations and should be reported to Parking Enforcement by calling 703-691-2131 or emailing the location and description to: FCPDparkingenforcement@fairfaxcounty.gov.

Who is responsible for snow removal?

Our landscaping company Blade Runners is responsible for snow removal in our community. Blade Runners will plow and treat the parking lots on Eighth Street and Eighth Circle when conditions arise. If you spot issues with snow treatment in the community parking lots, please contact Terri at: office@burkecmg.com . If possible, please provide pictures of the problem. Blade Runners does NOT treat the public street (Eighth Street / Lincoln Ave). Public streets are the responsibility of VDOT. If you identify issues on the public street, please contact VDOT by using their 24/7 Customer Service by calling 1-800-FOR-ROAD (367-7623) or visiting my.vdot.virginia.gov.
