• The board is planning an end-of-summer BBQ at the end of August. Stay tuned for an official date!

• We've seen an increase in trash and junk being dumped in common areas. If you have camera footage of individuals dumping items, you may send it to Terri at office@burkecmg.com. The Board can then issue a violation to the offending unit.

• Below is a list of parking permits that have been voided. If you see a vehicle using one of these permits in a community parking space, report the vehicle to Terri at office@burkecmg.com so the vehicle can be towed.

  • Voided permits: 67, 68, 100, 111, 112, 116, 125, 137

• Please ensure your trash carts are placed on the curb away from vehicles on trash pickup days. A resident recently complained that their car was scratched by a cart placed next to their vehicle.

• Have you ordered your FREE recycling cart yet? Call American Disposal (703-368-0500) to request the cart, tell them you are part of the LRVCA, and it will be delivered to your door free of charge.
